Jim Trombley Chef

Jim Trombley spent seven years as a Chef at The Pillars Retirement Home, eight years in the Vermont Army National Guard, and sixteen years as a Care Giver. He has invaluable experience with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia, Brain Injury, Seizure Disorders and Stroke. Jim’s passion for helping others is evident in his calm and compassionate demeanor.

Jim was born and raised in Vermont and has lived in Grand Isle and Essex. He graduated from Essex High School and received a degree in Culinary Arts. He has two daughters, aged 17 and 23, and two grandchildren.  When he’s not camping, kayaking, canoeing and enjoying nature, Jim also finds time to volunteer for Essex Town Park and Rec Dept. and he’s been the Treasurer of this Homeowner’s Association for the last 12 years.
